..the Company

Blue Mountain was founded in 2006 by Sverrir Thorsteinsson and his wife, Herdis.  The main purpose of the company is to serve the increased demand for motorcycle adventure tours around Iceland. Summer 2007 Sverrir along with his brother Einar rode around the world and spent 3 months on that trip so Blue Mountain was on hold.  Summer 2008 we welcomed our first foreign customers. In 2009 Haukur, Sverris brother and his wife, Tedda, joined the company and now we are a strong team of highly experenced people.  Our vision is straightforward and clear:  Make each day in Iceland a pure adventure experience and make sure that everyone who visits us will have a great time and go home safley and with a smile on their face.  We guarantee that your days spent in Iceland with us will be a uniqe travel experience.
